My name is George Maxwell, and I’m thrilled that you are considering joining me for Positive Psychology Coaching. Both as a coach and psychotherapist I have helped thousands of people to move across the wellbeing spectrum, to reach their goals and learn to live a life full of value and reward.

Coaching can be used as a tool to increase motivation, clarify goals and boost wellbeing. It is personal and focuses you on what you really want in life.
